COUNTING THE COST Studio charges vary a little, mostly in how they break down the various costs. Some charge a flat class charge and a flat charge for your greenware. You then pay separately for paints and firing etc. Some will charge weekly and others work on a prepaid session of lessons. In the end the it does pay to choose your studio to suit your own circumstances. We have worked out our own means of charging and list these below. If you are close enough to attend one of our classes we will be happy to see you, but do please phone first as some classes are fully booked. We look forward to meeting you. |

We do stock most of the Duncan Colour range and have most Accessories, Brushes, Tools, Music Boxes, Electrics, Bungs, Turntables, Clock Movements, Pumps etc. We also supply slip for those who have their own moulds. We can supply to order Kilns and Slip Pumps etc. We also carry a good selection of Bisque (pre cleaned and fired green-ware) for those who cannot make a class time and want to try their hand at home. For first timers we also do a special deal on colour to get you started. |

Hullbridge is situated near Rayleigh in Essex, close to Southend. We have easy parking (no meters) and roads to Hullbridge are trouble free as far as traffic is concerned. If you care to visit, please phone and advise us first. |

Our charges are as follows. Class fee payable each week which includes a mid session cuppa. £3.00. Greenware you select from our vast range to suit your own taste, is charged at 3 x the shelf price. This allows for all colour used*, and all firing needs*. We do supply some brushes and clean-up tools to start you off, but usually you will start to build up your own selection once settled in. **The only exception to paint charges is for specialist gold and some other specialist colours. **Transfer firing is included but you do pay for the transfers separately. |

Remember that we believe we are the biggest supplier of 'off the shelve' Greenware in this part of the country. Unlike many studios supplying Greenware, we do work from an itemised price list. We do not make the prices up as we go - which means you have a constant cost price to work with.
